Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG).
